A customer from Hallett Cove contacted me saying her Acer laptop was running very slow and was freezing up during programs. I took a look at the laptop and was able to tell that it was only around 1.5 years old so the hardware wasn’t likely to be the real problem here. I then took a look at how many programs were starting up on her laptop as well as ran a malware scan and gave the laptop a good tuneup. After a few tweaks an a reboot or two the laptop was running much better and was letting her get back into what she needed to do.
