A customer from contacted me saying her Acer was running very slow and was freezing up during programs. I took a look at the laptop and was able to tell that it was only around 1.5 years old so the hardware wasn’t likely to be the real problem here. I then took a look at how many programs were starting up on her laptop as well as ran a scan and gave the a good tuneup. After a few tweaks an a reboot or two the laptop was running much better and was letting her get into what she needed to do.
