A customer from Blackwood called me up saying they were having a lot of trouble with their wireless signal in their home. After checking their setup onsite it was easy to see that the standard modem supplied by their internet provider just wasn’t up to scratch for their home. I recommended and supplied two powerline adapters plus a new wireless access point to enable a secondary wireless network in their living room area. Long story short, they now have full 5 bars of wireless signal all through the house and Netflix now runs on their smart tv through a chrome cast device without any buffering or problems. Another happy customer šŸ™‚
