I got the chance to enjoy the always green fields of McLaren Vale again today when one of my business customers called me up asking for some help with connecting up their laptop to the office PC via a remote desktop connection. Basically what had happened was that their connection details were saved with the IPaddress instead of the domain name of their hosting provider and as a result of the IPaddress changing over the Christmas break, their connection stopped working. Once I reprogrammed their connection details with the domain name they were good to go again and back in action 🙂
