Today I’m down south in Seaford helping out a customer that relies on a constant internet connection that connects to a control session interstate which unfortunately keeps dropping out. These types of problems can be tricky to diagnose so I usually start with the obvious things first like checking cables, plug ends and seeing if any other devices on the network are also experiencing any problems. Next it’s on to testing the PC itself whether a faulty network card is the cause or even some settings in Windows such as DNS etc that may be effecting it…
