Another one of my long time customers called and said he was connected up to the NBN
a few days ago and while the internet side of things was working great, his voip phone wasn’t working at all. He had called his internet provider but unfortunately they weren’t much help and left him high and dry.
I logged into his new modem and immediately noticed his VOIP settings were incorrect and were missing his voip username and password. Without these the VOIP is dead in the water so we called back the support
line for his internet service and requested the correct details. Once we had his username and password and these we’re put in place in his modem everything worked great and he was back in action.
