Today I’m helping out a customer in Cherry Gardens with some issues regarding their internet connection constantly dropping out and a very poor wireless signal in their home.

I investigated the availability of the NBN in their area and its scheduled to be available in about a month so rather than sell them a new ADSL modem that will be obsolete when the NBN arrives, I told them to get in touch with their internet service provider and order their NBN plan today.

That way they’ll get a new (XDSL) modem when the NBN is switched on and it should solve their problems. They were so impressed with my service that they decided to go ahead with an order for a new PC to replace their 6 year old and very slow desktop. Funnily enough, I supplied the old one they have all that time ago 🙂
