Lonsdale onsite computer repairs and support

I was called out to a business in Lonsdale today to help with some printing issues they are having in their administration office. After some automatic updates, Windows 10 disabled network printer sharing which created a big problem for their administration staff. I was able to solve the issue for them by converting their shared network printer into a dedicated network printer. Now everyone can get back to work and print whenever they need.

Richmond onsite computer support

I’m helping a business in Richmond today that had an office building disaster where a water pipe leaked and damaged all of the carpet and offices in the entire building. My job was to carefully disassemble all equipment and then reinstall and make sure everything is working once the new flooring was complete. They were very happy to be back in business and up and running at full speed.

Blackwood onsite computer repairs and support

I’m helping a customer today at Blackwood that is having issues with OneDrive and it’s setup in Windows 10 on their PC. The PC was automatically set up with OneDrive and all of their documents and pictures were stored inside OneDrive however they no longer wished to be using OneDrive. I helped them by unlinking OneDrive and setting up their documents and pictures as well as an easy to use one click backup to their USB external hard drive.

Wingfield onsite computer repairs and support

Today I’m helping a sign writing company out at Wingfield, Adelaide. One of their industrial sign writing machines was presenting some problems and crashing during the day. A faulty SSD was identified as the problem so I replaced the SSD with a brand new one and cloned all of their data onto the newly installed SSD. This meant for them that there was zero configuration needed and once the system booted up they could continue to work exactly as before.

Glenelg onsite computer support

I’m helping a customer down at Glenelg today who is having issues accessing his BigPond email. After 4 hours on the phone yesterday to BigPond support with no success he gave me a call. I was able to get him up and running in under half an hour and also serviced his computer and set up a very easy-to-use backup system for all of his pictures, documents, emails, and all other data on his computer.
